Recognizing individuals who have made remarkable contributions to preserving and promoting Filipino heritage and artistic expression through film, music, visual arts, literature, and cultural preservation.
Business & Entrepreneurship
Honoring visionary entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence in business leadership, innovation, and contributed significantly to the country's economic development and job creation.
Science & Technology
Celebrating individuals who have made groundbreaking discoveries, technological innovations, or scientific advancements that benefit society and position the Philippines as a leader in STEM fields.
Public Service
Acknowledging the efforts of public servants in government or civil service roles who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, integrity, and meaningful impact on public welfare and good governance.

Important: Nominators are encouraged to provide detailed documentation of the nominee's impact, including resumes, portfolios, media coverage, and endorsements to substantiate their qualifications.
Evaluation Criteria
Achievements & Contributions (5 pts)
Evaluation based on the nominee's professional accomplishments, awards received, publications, and measurable impact in their field of expertise.
Community Impact (5 pts)
Assessment of the nominee's charitable work, volunteer activities, and the tangible benefits their initiatives have brought to communities or specific sectors.
Nomination Rationale (5 pts)
Evaluation of the nominator's compelling argument for why the nominee deserves recognition, supported by specific examples and testimonials.
Supporting Evidence (5 pts)
Review of documentation provided to verify claims, including media coverage, publications, awards, and third-party validations of the nominee's work.
Scoring System: Each nominee will be evaluated by our Selection Committee on a 20-point scale. A minimum average score of 15 points is required for award consideration.
Submission Requirements: Prepare a professional headshot (business/formal attire) in high resolution (minimum 300dpi) along with supporting documents (CV, portfolio, media clips) before beginning your nomination.
